Someone asked Imam Reza (as) regarding the verse of the Holy Quran: And they plotted (makaru) and Allah (also) plotted (makarallah) [3:54]
He (as) said: Allah (swt) does not plot (la yumkar), but He (swt) recompenses (yujazihum) them the recompense (jazaa) of the plotting (makar).
